Rulebook

On this page we inform you about the rules of the Wingo OCR Swiss Challenge and the official SOSF Swiss Championships.

The most important information at a glance

This rulebook contains all compulsory rules.

Of course, we want our sport to stay “clean” right from the start. Therefore, doping tests on the competition days are not excluded. In addition, we follow the “No Trace Charter”. Means, we will leave the terrain as clean as it was before. Waste disposal is mandatory. Littering is sanctioned.

Rules Open Experience

We encourage the athletes to support each other. NO ONE IS LEFT BEHIND. A penalty will be imposed for any obstacle that has not been completed. The penalties can be different, e.g. push-ups, extra penalty round, etc. Challenge yourself and fight with your friends!

Rules Elite Individual

All obstacles are mandatory, and you have only one (1) attempt to finish the obstacle. THERE IS NO REPETITION ATTEMPT. Each participant starts with three (3) bracelets. For each failure, you must return one (1) bracelet. For each bracelet handed in, you have to do one penalty round . To be considered a finisher, you have to cross the finish line with at least one (1) bracelet.

Rules Elite Team

Same rules as in the individual competition. All team members must overcome the obstacles. No help is allowed (except for special team obstacles). The complete team has to cross the finish line within a period of 15 seconds. Each team member has to do a penalty round if one of them had to hand in a bracelet.

More detailed information can be found in the SOSF/FISO rules.
